Lynn has over 35 years business experience, including 19 years in the manufacturing industry with a focus in Quality Management. Prior to her transition to manufacturing, she held several senior management positions in the insurance industry in Auditing, Accounting, and Financial Management. She is a Senior member of the American Society for Quality and is a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence. She has 15 years combined experience as a Shingo (Lean) examiner, state and national Baldrige examiner, ASQ International Team Excellence Judge, and instructor on the Quality Texas Training Institute Training Faculty.
Lynn serves on the Alliance for Performance Excellence Board of Directors, Governance Committee and States w/o Programs Task Force, the DFW Association for Healthcare Quality (DFWAHQ) Board of Directors as Board Secretary, and the Texas Association for Healthcare Quality (TAHQ) Education Committee. She is also a member of the Center for Non-profit Management, Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, DFW Japanese American Society, and Texas Paralegal Division of the State Bar Association.
