Our intent is to share articles and information that can provide inspiration, as well as help you and your organization understand and apply the many methods and tools of Quality and organizational improvement.  The main focus is on successful implementation of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence.

The Baldrige Criteria isn't a conformance-to-requirements document.  It isn’t a check list.  To use the Criteria as a leadership and sustainability system requires a systemic view of your organization and systematic continuous improvement driven and measured by time-tested quality methods.
